We hired Peak Kitchen & Bath to renovate the first floor of our home, including kitchen expansion, HVAC replacement with addition of a second zone, flooring, new windows for the back of the home, and several smaller projects throughout our home. After lengthy discussions with 3 contractors over many months, we chose Peak for attention to detail on the estimate, and Nelson's effective and articulate communication. Given the scope of our project, Nelson invited all of the subcontractors to bid the work prior to giving us an estimate, eliminating major surprise costs during the project. Nelson also was the only contractor who, after inspecting our premises and architect drawings, pointed out that our plans to open our living room out onto the deck would likely result in water damage due to the difference in floor levels. Nelson also was willing to execute drawings provided by our architect, Carrie Foster, and allowed us to have independence on major decisions including overall design, choosing our own appliances, countertops, fixtures and hardware. Nelson was easy to reach by phone, email and text, and always returned messages in a timely manner. The quality and caliber of the Peak team inclusive of subcontractors far exceeded expectations. Every single employee that worked in our home over the 3 month renovation was knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful. The foreman assigned to our project, Brad, arrived every morning at 7am with a positive attitude, clear plan for the day, and expertise that we came to rely on. We are so grateful for Nelson, Brad, Theresa, Vince and the entire Peak team (too many names to mention) for their quality workmanship, accountability, and professionalism. Our renovation was a huge success and we are highly satisfied with our updated space.

We hired Peak to replace our kitchen cabinets and countertops, and to rearrange the layout of our fridge and stovetop. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Nelson, Teresa, and the rest of the team. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, there was constant communication and professional conduct. Peak has a solid relationship with the plumbers, electricians, painters, etc who provide support to projects, so there were no delays in the execution of our project and it was clear that the entire team was in constant contact. Every single team arrived always knowing what needed to be done. Peak did a great job managing the adjustments to our project. As a homeowner, it was great knowing the team was listening and responsive to questions about how the project was being run and any changes to the scope of work. Our bathroom renovation was the second time we have used Peak. The project was excellent from start to finish. Clear communication, lots of discussion and design planning, guidance on materials and finishes. You will be provided with a detailed estimate and a timeline.

Once our project started, we had daily check-ins and update from the project manager. Every one of the guys who came in to work on our house was on time, cleaned the space before they left, and did an excellent job.

The final result is a beautiful, functional space, completed on time and on budget. This is not the cheapest contractor you will find. But you get what you pay for - high quality work done by people you can trust.

We will hire them again for our master bath in the upcoming year and recommend Nelson and his team with enthusiasm!

We hired Peak Kitchen & Bath LLC for three jobs in our home: complete bathroom remodel, window replacement, and kitchen floor tile. We are very happy with the results, which is important, because there is definitely an impact on your daily life when you hire a contractor for remodeling work. Some specific points: 1. Peak was not the lowest cost estimate, but we ended up negotiating a contract with Nelson Laur based on a feeling of trust, and the reference from other people we know that had hired Peak. 2. We gutted the bathroom, and had everything replaced. Peak requires you to use his partners for Nelson to fully stand behind the product quality. This turned out to be a good choice, because there was damage to the tub that was not noticed until after the installation, and the tub manufacturer refused responsibility. At significant pain to Peak, they replaced the tub. 3. It is rare that a project will go perfectly as planned. Problems can be uncovered during deconstruction, or while the work is underway. Nelson would put great thought into solutions, and discuss the options and the costs associated. I appreciate the honesty of the communication. Some additional notes: -The Peak team works early hours...usually starting at 7:30am, and they are prompt. -On days that the painters will be there, make sure that someone from Peak is there to help with communication, and to make sure the paint colors match. The work ethic of the painters is very high, and the quality excellent. There was a bit of a language barrier, and that was the challenge. -The job took a little longer than what was originally estimated. The tub replacement caused most of the delay. Finally, our last experience with a contractor was very negative, and we swore we would never take on a project like that again. Peak Kitchen & Bath LLC restored our belief that there are quality contractors that can be hired. The company did excellent work, and I have faith that they will be here if any problems arise. I would definitely recommend Peak Kitchen & Bath LLC for home improvement projects.

We had a great experience with Peak Kitchen & Bath LLC. I was nervous about having our bathroom redone and having people in and out of our house. However, these are just plain good guys and were very respectful of us, our home, and our little kids. They did a wonderful job with our bathroom and kept our house as clean as possible. With any construction job there are bound to be issues which they discussed with us promptly and help us make a plan forward. When we happened to notice other small issues they addressed them right away. The end product was a beautiful bathroom! We even asked them to fix a couple other things in our house which they did a great job with as well. We will be going to Peak Kitchen & Bath LLC for our next bathroom renovation.

We are extremely thankful for and pleased with the experience we have had with Peak Kitchen & Bath LLC from initial contact through finishing day. We found all involved to be talented, competent, thorough, respectful, careful in working throughout much of our home. They arrived early, worked hard, and cleaned up each day before leaving. They accommodated our wishes for plenty of light, though they felt we did not need all the lights we have got. We disagreed and are thankful for all the light available when preparing meals on these dark evenings. They worked hard to finish the job ahead of schedule. We had asked that they finish before Thanksgiving. I have a beautiful new kitchen and my laundry room is also new, thanks to cabinets and floor from the "old" kitchen being repurposed in that room. I'm very pleased with the way your team executed my ideas for the remodeling, and I appreciate how you contributed your own concepts to make a great finished project. Everything I wanted has been accomplished. That's true of all the projects that you've completed for me. I love the kitchen remodel from a couple of years ago. That was one deal where I really needed some ideas about which way to go with the lighting, countertops, and cabinets. I love the finished look of dark granite and gold hickory, and the way the cabinets use all the space is amazing. Nice job also on the first work you did at my house. I'm thinking of the shelves you built for the pantry, and the patio features such as the wall, the stand for hanging plants, and the cat door in the gate. I'm not forgetting the TV stand you built for the big screen television. It's a handsome piece of carpentry work. All the work has been performed on time, on budget, and with great care for the materials and workmanship. I love the way you stand behind your work. Happy to recommend you anytime.

We had the best experience with Peak Cabinetry from start to finish. Their professionalism, adherence to their schedule, workmanship, and quality are top notch. We could not be happier. Their price was fair - not cheap, but a great deal for the quality. No one wants a kitchen renovation stretched out - so it was worth it to us to find a quality company. We got 3 estimates to gut our kitchen and take down the wall between our dining room and kitchen area. When Nelson Laur came for the estimate, we liked him right away. He demonstrated excitement about our project and started digging around the house to see if we could do what we wanted to do. A huge benefit is that Nelson works with a designer from Cabinet Discounters to design your kitchen. Between Nelson's building experience and Teresa Carney's design, they presented a great plan that we could never have come up with on our own. Peak Cabinetry even finished ahead of schedule, despite us adding work to the original contract and running into unexpected plumbing issues. Nelson is a great guy and clearly loves what he does. He also came up with a very clever and cost-savings idea to fix a duct work problem. He has a great team working for him and only selects the best companies to work with - from countertops to flooring to painters. They cleaned up after every day, were very communicative, and thought of everything. We were so impressed that my in-laws are now having them do their kitchen. I can't say enough good things. They delivered a beautiful kitchen beyond our expectations.
